SNEEDLENET

I build web applications and run them myself - from the first idea to daily use with real users. Documentation systems, tools, games. AI does real work in many of them: it analyses, explains and keeps systems in balance.

01 Work

  1. 01 Hordenlich aufs Maul AI Home of my WoW guild: member profiles with character data, a raid planner for sign-ups and rosters, a news section and an application flow that lands in the guild's Discord. Live
  2. 02 Archivar Horst AI A Discord bot with speech input and output. Follows six voice channels at once, attributes what is said to speakers and answers as speech. Plus its own data on the guild and a scheduled reconciliation with external leaderboards. Live
  3. 03 Murloc-Becken AI A clicker that got out of hand: seasons, leagues, duels, ore mining, a forge, bosses and an RPG layer. An AI watches the game balance and proposes corrections. Live
  4. 04 Kampflog-Archiv AI Upload combat logs and actually understand them instead of staring at numbers. An AI reads along, explains every death and answers follow-up questions in chat. Beta
  5. 05 N3CRYTE AI Website for a record label whose artists do not exist. Six invented personas, five releases, playable right on the page, plus profiles, a community chat and a bot that stays in character. Live
  6. 06 SN33DL3 AI A second music site built like N3CRYTE: tracks, lyrics, profiles, chat. Finished, but deliberately parked behind an announcement page for now. Paused
  7. 07 Darkwire Communications AI A chat platform of my own instead of somebody else's. Channels, direct messages, voice, roles, polls, moderation with an audit trail - in the browser and as an installable app. Live
  8. 08 Hordenlich Survivors A Vampire Survivors clone in Horde colours. Six playable classes and ever more enemies on screen, until the screen gives up. Paused
  9. 09 MOROS AI A modified OpenClaw instance running as a Discord bot. Several personas it actually keeps up, images on request, and nobody else's content policy: tone and limits are set by the operator, not by a vendor. Live
  10. 10 Knallhopfengarten A growing-sim browser game with its own city: cultivate 27 strains, scout your neighbours, defend your plot and roam the streets freely. Live
  11. 11 PlonkR Routines and habits you check off with an NFC tag: tap it, done. Plus a shared household with a shopping list and joint routines. Beta
  12. 12 PlonkR Care Care documentation for facilities. Same NFC idea, built for teams: log what was done on the spot, without climbing through forms. Beta
  13. 13 PlonkR Geo Geocaching with tamper-proof NFC tags. Every scan is cryptographically signed, so found really means found. Beta
  14. 14 mastrd AI Audio mastering in the browser. Upload a track, let it be analysed, get the sound you wanted - no studio, no plugin jungle. An AI assistant answers questions about the result. Live
  15. 15 Augur Market data on your phone, without ad banners or a forced account. Built as a PWA so it feels like an app. Beta

02 How the work looks

The span

A care documentation system, an audio tool, a game handling thousands of events per minute. On paper none of it belongs together. In practice they solve the same problems in different clothes - and whatever I learn in one ends up in the next.

The depth

When something grabs me I go further than the task requires. A side project ended up with seasons, leaderboards and competitions that have run for months without intervention. Rarely the shortest route, but the reason people actually use these things.

The finish

Anyone can start. Most of what is here runs in daily use rather than sitting in an archive - the exact figures are up top. Finishing is the real work.

03 Working together

Got an idea?

Most of what is here grew out of my own head. Not all of it - sometimes the best idea comes from someone else. If you have one that wants building, drop me a line.

I could put it like this:

  • “I will transform your website into the portal of tomorrow.” What that means: a site that loads fast, does not fall apart on a phone, and that you can maintain yourself afterwards.
  • “We elevate your data to a new level of intelligence.” What that means: you ask a question in plain English and get an answer, instead of clicking through a spreadsheet.
  • “Disruptive gamification for maximum engagement.” What that means: a small game people open a second time, voluntarily.

Just tell me what you need. I will do the translating.
